Facts....I did google. I found no specific reference to VAT in the 2013 Plan. I did find some references to the VAT in articles about the 2013 plan but those were referencing the 2012 plan. Do you have any details ?

Alvin.....I can find no mention of a VAT in the 2013 Ryan budget reduction plan. However it was part of his 2012 proposal.

Two questions about the Paul Ryan plan......... l. Does it eliminate any government department ? 2. Does it eliminate the yearly increase in government spending ?
