ST. HEDWIG -- Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office are working to positively identify a man whose body was found March 19 along a stretch of F.M. 1346 here.

Sheriff’s office spokesman Paul Berry said a pedestrian called 911 at 6:40 p.m. after finding the body lying on the side of the road. Identification is pending confirmation by next of kin. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office is working to pinpoint his cause of death.
