The Sam Fore Jr. Wilson County Public Library invites all to its Weaponry of the Alamo event on Saturday, March 30, from 10 a.m. to noon in the parking lot of the library at One Library Lane in Floresville.

All are welcome to view the weapons used in the Battle of the Alamo, to include cannons and rifles. Attendees will have a chance to win a replica of an 1830s Cap and Ball rifle.
