This fiasco is a prime example of not having proper accounting proceedures in place. The place could be booked every hour of every day and without proper accounting no one would know if it was paying it's way or not. Job one... More ›

Well hopefully with people watching every step there will be no more money walking away. Like I say, if you sell a beer at $1.25 and you have 10 beers to sell, you should have $12.50. Easy math!!!

Exactly right! The best place to start is with the books. Proper accounting may eliminate the need to raise fees. Without proper accounting proceedures and controls you are only guessing. Just like the previous administration.... More ›

I have heard the same rumors. Wadded up bills in purses. What is it they say, where there's smoke, there's fire???? We can't all be hearing the same rumors. And these rumors have persisted for years.
