Richard and Peggy Franks of Kyle, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Bianca Celeste Orta of Buda, to Joshua Lee Albarez of Buda. Joshua is the son of Mary Lou Cabrera Albarez and Mark Albarez Sr. of Buda.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Felipa Orta of Austin and the late Manuel Orta.

Bianca is a 2006 graduate of Jack C. Hays High School, and is currently employed with Velocity Credit Union.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Henry Albarez Sr. of La Vernia, Gloria Ybarra of Seguin, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lucus Cabrera Jr., formerly of Stockdale.

Joshua is a 2006 graduate of Jack C. Hays High School, and is currently employed as a deputy with the Hays County Sheriff’s Department.

The couple plan to wed on Saturday, April 20, 2013, in the Santa Cruz Catholic Church in Buda, Texas, with the Rev. Charlie Garza to officiate.
