Skip the normal humdrum breakfast of coffee and toast and get your fill at the 11th annual Rosenberg & Rotter Cowboy Breakfast on Saturday, April 20, at 7:30 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall at 1007 Trail St. in Floresville.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast of all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, eggs, potatoes, coffee, and juice. A live auction will begin at 8:15 a.m. with a silent auction to take place throughout breakfast. Sponsorships are still available.

The Cowboy Breakfast is a regional event that benefits the Wilson Area Housing Foundation, helping families with their basic housing needs. The foundation was founded in 2000 as a grass-roots effort to respond to the severely substandard housing conditions found in the Wilson County area.

For more, call Brenda Pawlik at 830-216-4075.
