Brian Ray Ramirez, 22, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013, in Floresville, Texas. He was born June 26, 1990, in San Antonio, the son of Robert Ramirez Sr. and Diana Servantes.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Ramirez Sr.; his grandfather, Ramiro Ramirez; his grandmothers, Lydia Talamantez and Manuela Silva Gutierrez; and a brother, Rene Ramirez.

Brian is survived by his mother, Diana Ramirez of Floresville; his son, D’Anthony Ramirez of Floresville; his sisters, Jennifer Guerrero and husband Billy, Jacquelyn Ramirez, Kimberly Ramirez, and Crystal Pacheco and husband James, all of Floresville; his brother, Robert Ramirez Jr. and wife Donna of Floresville; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held Tuesday, April 23, from 5-9 p.m. in the Sacred Heart Church in Floresville, with a rosary recited at 7 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the church with the Rev. Phil Henning officiating.

Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Floresville.

Serving as pallbearers will be Joey Flores, Chris Navarro, Clint Palacios, Alex Lee Perez, Rene Ramirez, and Freddy Sendejo. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Robert Ramirez III, Nazareth Ramirez, and Mark Anthony Lopez.
