I have served the city of La Vernia as a councilman with enthusiasm and dedication since 2005. During this time, I have done my best to represent the citizens of La Vernia in all decisions that I have made. My goal has always been to make La Vernia a better place to live and raise a family. I have:

•Supported efforts to expand the La Vernia Police Department to have 24-hour protection.

•Worked closely with the La Vernia Parks Foundation to improve city park facilities.

•Spent countless hours on securing an additional water resource for the city of La Vernia. Currently we are in the design phase of a new water well and filtration system that will produce 300 gallons per minute for our city.

•Worked hard to ensure the city has a balanced budget and that the employees of the city of La Vernia earn a living wage.

•Served on the La Vernia Municipal Development District to promote a thriving economy and controlled growth of our city.

•Supported numerous ordinances that help keep our growing community beautiful, safe, and secure.

•Supported efforts to lower property taxes for La Vernia residents.
