Artists sought for sculpture exhibit

KERRVILLE -- The city of Kerrville’s Main Street program is seeking artists’ entries for its Public Art Project, “Art in Public Places,” a rotating sculpture exhibit on the sidewalks of downtown Kerrville. Entries will be accepted through the end of business Tuesday, April 30.

Each selected artist will receive a $500 honorarium. Awards also will be given for the top three pieces, $1,000 for first, $500 for second, and $250 for third. A People’s Choice prize of $100 will be awarded at the conclusion of the exhibition.
