1961-2013

Bernie Gerald Sekula, loving husband, father, and uncle, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013. He was born Sept. 22, 1961, to Vincent and Theresa Sekula.

The family wishes to send a special thanks to the staff at VITAS Hospice Care.

Bernie was preceded in death by his parents; nephew Wesley P. MacLeod; brother-in-law Robert Santos; fathers-in-law William W. Crader and Hugh D. Lamb.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Wendy Crader; sons Brandon W. Sekula and Christian J. Sekula; mother-in-law Angie Lamb; sisters Cookie MacLeod and husband Ron, Patsy Santos, Sherry Wilkerson, and Toni Lewis and husband Greg; and nieces and nephews William and Katherine Wilkerson and Alexandra and Avery Lewis.

Arrangements are currently pending.

Memorial contributions may be made to VITAS Hospice Care, 8109 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, TX 78229.
