Social media training May 15
SAN ANTONIO -- The Texas A&M Institute of Natural Resources will conduct the “Social Media 101: Raising Stakeholder Awareness in an Information Age” training workshop Wednesday, May 15, in San Antonio. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Texas Wildlife Association offices located at 3660 Thousand Oaks Drive, Suite 126.
The training is designed for government and organization representatives and others involved in outreach, information dissemination, and advocacy of natural resources.
Registration is available through Texas A&M AgriLife Conference Services at https://agriliferegister.tamu.edu/. The cost is $50 through May 8 and $60 thereafter, including on-site. Registration includes lunch, and participants are asked to take their own laptop or handheld device.
Additional workshops are currently scheduled for Thursday, May 23, in Houston and Thursday, July 18, in Austin.
