If you have ever wanted to learn how to dry herbs and fruits, then take a class at the Wilson County Extension Office meeting room at 1420 Third St. in Floresville on Thursday, May 16, from 6:30-8 p.m.

Attendees will learn how to dry herbs and make homemade herb seasonings. Additionally, learn healthy ways to dry fruit for quick healthy snacks. Leave with seasoning mixtures and dried fruit.

The cost will be $15. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, May 15, as class size is limited.
