The multimedia program “Riders on the Orphan Train” will be presented Thursday, May 9, at 7 p.m. in the Stephen and Mary Birch Texas Theatre at 425 N. Austin St. in Seguin.

The program will tell the story of the mass relocation of several hundred thousand children from New York City by rail to be chosen by new families at train depots in every state between the 1850s and 1920s. Admission will be $5 for adults and $3 for college and high school students. For more information visit
