35th Annual La Vernia Bluebonnet Fest
Friday-Saturday, May 17-18 • La Vernia City Park

Clint Taft and the “Buck Wild Band” will be in action at the La Vernia Bluebonnet Fest on Saturday, May 18, at 7 p.m. in the La Vernia City Park.

This high-energy group performs in a variety of dance halls in South Texas, with all of its band members having vast experience from years of playing on the Texas Dance Hall Circuit.

Acoustic guitar player and vocalist Clint Taft of Seguin has been playing music for 11 years. He has played nationally with acts including Eddie Rabbitt, Ronnie Milsap, and George Strait.

Denny Fleury of La Vernia plays lead guitar, assists with vocals, and is a 24-year veteran of the music scene. His musical influences are his dad, Brad Paisley, and Keith Urban, to name a few.

Bass guitarist and vocalist Jon Delpho from San Antonio has been playing music for 26 years. He has opened up for music acts such as Kevin Fowler and David Lee Garza, and loves to get the crowd energized and on the dance floor.

Ronnie Maha of La Vernia beats the drums and provides vocals. His most memorable experience during the 35 years he’s been on the music scene was sharing the stage with Brooks and Dunn.
