STOCKDALE -- The Stockdale Tackle Football League is excited to begin its 11th season with the Christian Federation of Police Officers -- Police Athletic League, which has recently affiliated with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)

Stockdale is looking for motivated young men, ages 5-13 years old, who are ready to train hard, learn teamwork, develop discipline, and most of all, have lots of fun competing against teams from New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Austin, and surrounding areas. The Stockdale Tackle Football League has won four league championships.

Early registration runs through Friday, May 31. The fee during early registration is $100 for all divisions, including Seniors (11-13), Juniors (9-10) Pee Wees (7-8), and Mighty Mites (5-6). The registration fee will increase to $120 beginning Saturday, June 1. Family discounts are available.

Please remember this is a full-contact football league for motivated athletes who are ready to sacrifice and commit to a full season with practice three nights a week in Stockdale. Games will be played on Saturdays in San Marcos.
