Timothy and Brenda Bicoy of Adkins, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Heather, to Harold Reyes, the son of Chris and Denna Reyes of La Vernia.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Wilbert and Shirley Ullmann of San Antonio, and Al and Betty Bicoy and Patricia Hubbell, all of Wichita Falls.

Heather is a 2008 graduate of La Vernia High School. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in education. She is currently attending graduate school at Texas State University to obtain her master’s degree.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Harvey and Margrite Guetzke, formerly of Wisconsin, and Silbestre and Consuelo Reyes, formerly of Runge.

Harold graduated from high school in 2006 and is currently employed as a lineman with Austin Energy.

The couple plan to wed in May 2014.
