Osborne Stables Equine Rescue will hold Summer Horse Day Camps from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for children ages 7-16, at its stables at 5056 U.S. 87 West in Sutherland Springs. Classes will be June 10-14, 17-21, and 24-28, for $140 per week.

Participants will need to take a sack lunch, a lawn chair, sunscreen, and a hat. Boot-type shoes and jeans are required, as children learn about horse care and maintenance, safety and handling, and riding basics.
