The Floresville River Park is closed until further notice due to safety concerns, says Mayor Diana Garza. Sinkholes have developed due to the recent flood waters that inundated the park during the May 25 storm event.

Linnci, that's partially true. Per City Manager Andy Joslin and interim Public Works Director Rudy Vasquez, the lower area of the park that sits in the vicinity of the bridge will remain closed for debris cleanup. Any areas... More ›
