$hort Round Production$’ annual Team Roping Classic will be held Saturday, June 8, in the Floresville River Park Arena, located off S.H. 97 west of Floresville.

The top six in the average of the No. 7 and No. 9 roping will rope in the Stockdale Watermelon Jubilee Rodeo Friday and Saturday, June 14-15.

$500 will be awarded to the high point roper of the day.

Books open for the No. 7 event at 5 p.m., rope at 6 p.m. Ropers can enter open one and draw two or enter open draw three for $75 per roper.

Books open at 6 p.m. for the No. 9 and No. 11 roping events. Roping begins at 7 p.m. Ropers can enter open one and draw two or enter open draw three for $75 per roper.

No. 9 and No. 11 run together with separate short rounds.

Crossroads belt buckles and cash will be awarded to the average winners in all three events.
