Roger Arnold Duelm, 63, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013, in Floresville, Texas. He was born Oct. 3, 1949, in San Antonio to Felix H. and Hulda A. (Sommer) Duelm.

Roger enjoyed electronics and working on the computer.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Roger is survived by his wife, Mary Duelm; brothers Felix Duelm Jr. and wife Marion and Aubrey Duelm; brothers-in-law Kenneth Waneck and wife Alene and Donald Waneck and wife Bernice Korus; sisters-in-law Martha Albert and husband Norvin Albert Jr. and Peggy Nace and husband Dennis; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 13, from 5-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the Immanuel Lutheran Church in La Vernia with the Rev. Robert Palan to officiate.

Interment will follow in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in La Vernia.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Immanuel Church Building Fund, 310 Seguin St., La Vernia, TX 78121.
