Nominations can be submitted by any organization, group, or individual on behalf of a Texas beef producer or marketer.

The award winner will be announced at the 2013 Texas A&M University Beef Cattle Short Course set for Monday through Wednesday, Aug. 5-7 in College Station. Winners of the award, as well as other qualified applicants from Texas, will also compete for the National Beef Quality Assurance Award.
