Katelyn Rose Wilson is the daughter of Jesse and Angela Wilson and has been named the salutatorian of Falls City High School.

She is a member of the Falls City softball team, as well as the National Honor Society, FFA, the school band, Spanish Club, and UIL.

Katelyn’s most memorable high school moment was when the softball team became the Area Champions.

Her advice to younger students is to always study hard and never procrastinate.

Katelyn credits her parents, teachers, and friends, who have all been very helpful throughout high school, for her success thus far. All of their support has inspired her to do better in all the activities she has participated in during high school.

Upon graduation, Katelyn plans to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio to get a bachelor’s degree in biology. Then she wants to attend medical school with hopes to become an ophthalmologist.
