Offer condolences


Rodney L. Walker, 61, of Seguin, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013. He was born on Dec. 2, 1951, in San Antonio to William and Ruby Kathleen (Moore) Walker. Rodney was preceded in death by his parents; and brother Billy Walker.

He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Terri Walker; children Jenise Leonard and husband Clayton and Randy Walker and Shannah; stepsons Tim Pierdolla and Brandon Pierdolla; grandchildren Carrie, McKenzie, Crystal, Cody, and Dallas; nephew Billy Jack Walker; niece Shirley Burditt; and many loving family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20, from 5-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia.

A funeral service was held on Friday at 2 p.m. in the funeral chapel with Brother Don Hessong and the Rev. Wayne Moore officiating.

Interment followed in the Concrete Cemetery near La Vernia.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
