Help Wanted

Very part-time help needed to feed cats, chickens, and horses, Monday-Friday, 2 times per day, morning after dawn but before 9 a.m. for approx. 30-45 minutes and p.m. before dark (summer about 6-8 p.m., winter 4-5 p.m.) for approx. 60-90 minutes. Suitable for someone who lives near location, which is exactly halfway between New Berlin and La Vernia. No smoking and requires working in all weather conditions. The Sam Fore Jr. Wilson County Public Library invites all to continue to enjoy its Summer Reading Program with the following family friendly activities:

Thursday, June 27, 10 a.m. -- Mad Science; learn about tornados and hurricanes

Thursday, June 27, 6 p.m. -- Family Game Night; sign up by 6:15 p.m. for a Wii tournament with Ultimate I Spy, or play board games and puzzles

Friday, June 28, 4 p.m. -- Stuffed Animal Sleepover; Take a stuffed animal or doll to stay the night at the library (note: children do not sleep over, only the doll or stuffed animal)

Tuesday, July 2, 10 a.m. -- Captain Underpants

Wednesday, July 3, 10 a.m. -- Night visitors story time and craft; hear stories of the tooth fairy and sandman

Friday, July 5, 10 a.m. -- Spy Club; attend spy training.

The library is located at One Library Lane in Floresville.
