The Poth Police Department invites assistance from the public to identify a suspect and recover stolen property.

At approximately 2:10 a.m. Friday, June 28, a male suspect stole a Kawasaki zero-turn lawn mower from Ken’s Farm Parts on U.S. 181 in downtown Poth. The mower, a 15-horsepower model FR541V valued at $3,800, is red with a black seat, according to Lt. Troy Phillips of the Poth Police Department.

The male suspect was wearing shorts, tennis shoes, white socks, and a shirt with a stripe under each arm. He is possibly Caucasian, Phillips said. He used a light-colored Dodge quad-cab pickup truck to remove the lawn mower.

Anyone with information about this should contact the Poth Police Department at 830-484-0281 or Crime Stoppers of Wilson County at 830-393-INFO (4636) or http://www.wilsoncountycrimestoppers.com, where all tips remain anonymous.
