Gary R. Staffy, 55, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013. He was born on Oct. 9, 1957, to Donald Eugene and Gladys May (Brown) Staffy.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Frances Staffy; daughters Harmony Alicia Smith and husband Joel and Melody Elizabeth Whitney and husband Kent; sons Donald Ores Staffy, Russell Termain Staffy, and Clyde James Wilder Staffy; grandson Ari Paul San Miguel; sister Carol Marley; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.

A graveside service was held on Friday, July 5, at 1:45 p.m. in the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.

Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, Ohio 45250-0301.
