The UTSA Small Business Development Center will offer a free business camp, Spark of Genius, on Friday, July 26, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the UTSA Downtown campus at 501 W. César E. Chávez in the Buena Vista Building, Rm. 1.328 in San Antonio.
