Anna Irene Howard passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at 1:40 p.m. She went to be with the Lord at the age of 60 years old. Anna was born on Dec. 3, 1952, to Cloman Issac and Bobbie Joe McKinney.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Wesley Howard, her parents, and her brother, Tommy Issac McKinney.

Anna is survived by stepdaughters Kaylene Garcia and Mariah Busselman, both of Gillett; sisters Barbara Webb of Stockdale, Clara Moczygemba and Sue McKinney, both of Sutherland Springs, and Lynda McKinney of Nixon; her brothers, Donald McKinney of Dallas, Gary McKinney of Jourdanton, and Kenneth McKinney of Lockhart; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 20, at 10 a.m. in the Faith Temple Church in Nixon.
