Edward and Carolyn Mihalski of Adkins, Texas, celebrated their 50 years of marriage with a cruise to the Bahamas. They were joined by their sons and families, Leslie, Kelsey, and Garrett Mihalski, all of St. Hedwig; and Karl, Sharon, Jacob, and Avery Mihalski, all of League City. Also joining them were Joyce and Henry Manger of Floresville. They sailed on Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas.

They toured the islands of Coco Cay and Nassau, and enjoyed snorkeling, scuba diving, and the beaches.

Edward and Carolyn were married on July 13, 1963, in St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Loire.

A Mass was held in their honor on July 14, in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig.
