The Kingsbury Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary will hold its 44th annual barbecue and auction on Saturday, July 27, from 5:30-9 p.m., at the fire station at the intersection of U.S. 90 and F.M. 1104 in Kingsbury.

The event will feature a silent and live auction, and a dance with music by Clint Taft and the “Buck Wild Band.” Donations of homemade jams and jellies, canned veggies, plants, and arts and craft gift items for the country store area as well as baked goods are needed. Any items may be taken to the fire station after 10 a.m. on Saturday.

For more information, call Tommye Howard at 830-639-4438.
