Investigator Roland Treviño of the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed today that a man who fled deputies north of Floresville July 16 is now in custody.

Christopher Seale, 23, of Floresville is awaiting an appearance before a magistrate judge. He is charged with three counts of evading arrest or detention and with revocation of probation. Treviño said Seale was taken into custody July 24, after deputies located him. This follows a manhunt by area law-enforcement officers, after the suspect was involved in a road-rage incident on C.R. 106, in which shots were fired.
