All Wilson County FFA and 4-H members who exhibit goat and lambs are reminded that the state has increased the prices for tags.

Lamb and goat validation tags are $11 per tag; breeding sheep tags are $6 per tag.

The deadline to order tags is Friday, Aug. 23.

Also, anyone showing in the new class “Junior Wether Dam” in San Antonio needs to order market lamb tags.

Anything showing in the market division of the Wilson County Junior Livestock Show will need a market tag.

If you are exhibiting does for the San Angelo show, you must also get market tags.

For more information, contact Joslyn Kotzur, 4-H & Youth Development, Wilson County Extension Agent for the Texas AgriLife Extension Service office, at 830-393-7357.
