Jaelyn was taken from her grandparent's home on 08-05-2013 by Shemeka. During the last communication Shemeka stated that Jaelyn was no longer in her care and stated she was cutting off her cell phone so she could not be tracked.

Jaelyn Gucciana Johnson was found yesterday;she is safe and sound and is back with guardians.
