The 86th annual Fayette County Fair will be held from Thursday, Aug. 29, through Sunday Sept. 1, on the fairgrounds on U.S. 77 north of La Grange.

Enjoy the popular sounds of Jarrod Birmingham, Steve Wariner, and B.J. Thomas and “The Triumphs.” Other activities will include the traditional barbecue cook-off and cuisine, a carnival, exhibitions, horseshoe and washer contests, Kids Celebration, and more. Pre-sale tickets are $20; daily tickets, $15; children 11 and under are free.
