Rocky and Carolyn (Laskowski) Seidel of Denhawken, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Roxanne Michele of Kosciusko, to Randall Gerard Moczygemba, the son of Doris (Opiela) Moczygemba of Kosciusko and the late Frank Moczygemba.

The bride-elect is a 1988 graduate of Stockdale High School and attained degrees from Southwest Texas State University in 1992 and 2003. Roxanne is employed with the Stockdale Independent School District as a programs and testing coordinator.

The prospective groom is a 1985 graduate of Poth High School. He is employed with TEREX Equipment Services North America as a service technician.

The couple plan to wed Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, in St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Kosciusko, Texas, officiated by the Rev. Stanislaw Oleksy, SDS.
