The Methodist and Lutheran congregations will come together in St. John’s Lutheran Church at 3778 S.H. 119 in Stockdale for World Communion Sunday on Oct. 6 at 10 a.m.

The Rev. Janet Fluth of Christ United Methodist Church will deliver the message. A covered-dish luncheon will follow the service.
