The Kicaster Volunteer Fire Department will hold its annual Pancake Breakfast and Auction on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 7-11 a.m. in the firehouse on Big Oak Drive in President’s Park (approximately 1 mile from Kicaster Korner Store at 2239 F.M. 3432 in Adkins).

Enjoy a hearty breakfast of pancakes, bacon, sausage, juice, and coffee. Take a camera and snap a photo of your child in bunker gear in front of the firetruck. Door prizes will be awarded every half-hour, and the auction will start at 10 a.m. Additionally, information on how to become a volunteer firefighter will be available.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children.
