Are you curious about homeschooling? R.O.C.K. (Righteous Options 4 Christian Kids) Homeschool Fellowship invites you to its open park day on Friday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. to noon. The group meets every first Friday of the month in the La Vernia City Park on San Antonio Road in La Vernia.

The group offers an optional co-op of 12-week spring and fall semesters of parent- or tutor-led classes as well as diverse and creative class options for ages 4 through high school.

Members will enjoy home-schooling support, field trips, park days, and service project opportunities. Other activities include Moms Nights Out, Secret Sister, and fellowship.
