The Wade Busby Memorial ninth annual Casino Night will be held Saturday, Oct. 19, in the Knights of Columbus Hall, located at 1015 N. Austin St. in Seguin. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served at 5:30 p.m. Casino games begin at 7 p.m.

Presale tickets, $50 each, include dinner, gaming, and door prizes. An auction will also be held.

The Wade Busby Memorial, established in the fall of 2005, has been a “Top Five Buyer” at the La Vernia Junior Livestock Show for the past five years; and the committee has awarded scholarships to graduating seniors. The memorial was created in memory of Wade Busby, who was actively involved in 4-H and FFA for many years and succumbed at age 30. A graduate of Tarleton State University, he owned and operated New Berlin Feed and Tack in New Berlin. The memorial was established to continue Busby’s support of youth involved in agriculture activities.

Cash donations can be sent to the Wade Busby Memorial, P.O. Box 736, Marion, TX 78124.

For tickets or for more information, contact Milton Lowak at 210-260-4440.
