Gabriella Renee Contreras is honored to represent Peanut Festival Association member Terri Broll in the Peanut Festival. Gabriella is the 17-year-old daughter of Elizabeth and Robert Contreras Jr. of Floresville. She is the granddaughter of Robert Contreras Sr. and Pauline Contreras of Floresville. She is the sister of Ashley Contreras, 20, Allison Contreras, 12, and Robert Contreras III, 10.

Gabriella is a senior at Floresville High School and serves as the color guard captain in the Mighty Tiger Band. She is also a member of Student Council. She plans to pursue a career in the education field at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Gabriella will be escorted by Malik Lehmberg.

Malik is the 17-year-old son of Natasha Lewis and Jeff Johnson. He is the older brother of Mary, 12, and Matthew, 8. Malik is a senior at Floresville High School, a member of the varsity football and track teams, and also enjoys being an umpire for a baseball league.

Gabriella and Malik would like to thank Broll for giving them the opportunity to represent her in this year’s Peanut Festival.
