Emily Henke will represent the Wilson County Historical Society in the Peanut Festival. She is the daughter of Clifton and Pam Henke.

Emily is a senior at Floresville High School where she is the parliamentarian of the National Honor Society and a member of Link Crew. She is also in the Co-op Program and is employed at Ruffled Feathers. Emily is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Floresville.

She has chosen Kyle Bippert as her escort. Kyle is the son of Ryan and Laura Bippert. Kyle is also a senior and is a member of the varsity football, baseball, and track teams. He is an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and enjoys ministering to area youth through the ACTS mission and the Floresville Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

They would both like to thank the Wilson County Historical Society for giving them the opportunity to participate in this year’s Peanut Festival.
