Jessica Kiolbassa, a 17-year-old senior at Floresville High School, is honored to represent the Floresville High School Air Force Junior ROTC in the 69th annual Floresville Peanut Festival.

Jessica is a captain of the color guard for the Mighty Tiger Band and a member of the National Honor Society. She is also a member of the FHS Student Council and executive officer for the Junior ROTC.

After graduation she plans to pursue a degree in ranch and wildlife management at Texas A&M University.

Jessica is the daughter of Richard Kiolbassa and Denise Frye. She is the granddaughter of Larry and Marge Frye of Harwood and Harry and Yvonne Kiolbassa of St. Hedwig. Jessica is also the stepdaughter of Patrick Gabrysch, sister of Michael and Krystal Kiolbassa, and stepsister of Justin Gabrysch of Floresville.

Jessica’s escort is David James Sendejo, an 18-year-old senior at Floresville High School. David is the son of David Flores Sendejo. David plays for the FHS Tiger soccer team and is a member of the Junior ROTC corps staff. After high school, David plans to go into the U.S. Marine Corps and then pursue a degree in mechanical engineering.
