The La Vernia Historical Association will present the ninth annual Chihuahua Trail Art Show and Sale on Saturday, Nov. 2, in Studio La Vida at 106 Chihuahua St. in La Vernia from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Twenty-five local artists will display and offer for sale 100 original works of fine art following the theme, “Historic Moments at the Cibolo Crossing on the Gonzales Road in La Vernia,” with additional art works of their choice. All visitors will be able to vote for the “People’s Choice” award winner.

A reception from 6-8 p.m. will offer live music, refreshments, and an opportunity to meet the artists. The winners of the professionally judged show will be recognized at the reception with prizes and ribbons.

The show will be free and open to the public. Proceeds benefit the artists and the LVHA.
