Michael and Erica Almeida of Stockdale, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber, to Scott Lucio, the son of Bobby and Linda Lucio of Sutherland Springs.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Benigno and Angelica Marquez, and Juan Almeida and the late Julia Almeida.

Amber is a 2003 graduate of Stockdale High School.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Antonio and Anesticia Morales, and Pedro Lucio Sr. and the late Isabel Lucio.

Scott is a 2003 graduate of Floresville High School. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in management in 2008 from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Amber and Scott are planning an October 2013 wedding in St. Helena’s Catholic Church in San Antonio, Texas. The couple will make their home in San Antonio following the wedding.
