Seguin Art League proudly announces the winners of its annual photography show, “How I See It,” held in the Selig Room in the East Campus of Guadalupe Regional Medical Center at 1215 E. Court St.

The month-long show of 59 spectacular photographs by 26 local and regional photographers will be on display daily through October, featuring a variety of subject matter from extreme closeups to land and seascapes to critters. The show is sponsored by GRMC as a continuation of its wellness initiatives, including the arts.

Winners include Ralph P. Garcia of San Antonio, GG Mortenson of Seguin, and Deborah Schroeder of La Vernia in the landscape category. In portraits, Henry Moore of Seguin took top prize, with Darryl Patrick of Canyon Lake and Dan Oliver of Cibolo receiving honors. Floral photographers Leslie F. Jenke of Seguin and Mike Olson of New Braunfels took home honors, while Carol Lyon of Cedar Creek took first place. The critter category was captured by Stephanie S.
