Offer condolences


Lawrence H. Zook Jr., 79, died on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013. He was born in Wilson County, Texas, on June 14, 1934, to Lawrence H. Zook Sr. and Bertie Lee Goode.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Lawrence is survived by his sons, Russell L. Zook and wife Lali and Douglas S. Zook and wife Karen; sisters Lois Wauson, Margaret Wauson, Elizabeth Brown, and Gerry Wieding; brothers Bob Zook, Don Zook, and Samuel Zook and wife Rose; his seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10-11 a.m. in the Mission Park Funeral Chapels South in San Antonio.

A funeral service was held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
