On Oct. 13, the Wood Valley 4-H Club held its monthly meeting. Members volunteered to distribute gift bags to local 4-H supporting businesses during 4-H awareness week.

Also after the meeting, members made autumn greeting cards for the residents at the Country Care Nursing Home. These cards and nutritious snacks will be delivered as a club project on Thursday, Oct. 31, at 4:30 p.m.

The next meeting will be on Sunday, Nov. 10, at 3 p.m. in the LV Chamber of Commerce.

Jacob Prater is the Wood Valley 4-H Club reporter.
