If you enjoy listening and dancing to live classic country music, gathering with friends, and enjoying a good meal, then save the date for the Floresville Opry to be held Thursday, Nov. 7, from 6-9:30 p.m. in the Floresville Event Center at 600 S.H. 97 West. Doors open at 5 p.m.

Musical entertainment will be performed by house band “Playin’ To Win,” with members Pat Fox, Kenny Penny, Diane Farley, Randy Reinhard, Rodney Smith, Eleanor Shore, and Frutoso Balderas. Featured headliners will be country music legend Darrell McCall, Mona McCall, and Conrad Gonzales, along with Julia Weaver, Liz Austin, and Jim Fischer.

In addition to the Opry’s live music and dancing, there will be door prizes, a delicious turkey dinner served by Werner’s for $7 per plate, and concessions.

General admission is $10 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the Wilson County News and Wilson County Public Library. Reserved tables, which seat 10, are also available for $120. All proceeds will benefit the community through the Wilson County Historical Society.

For more information or to reserve a table, call Viola Henke at 830-393-6512.
