We are laughing about it now. But isn't that what we were told ..that the sewer plant could explode if the City didn't expand it immediately.

Sounds like you are just as confused as I am. Is the sewer plant about to explode like many people predicted ? Just in case, I'm gonna check with farm bureau to make sure I have "crap" coverage.

Alex, pay attention already! Go to a meeting, sit down, and listen! Or even sit and watch the videos of the meetings. If you spend the time to get involved, you'll find that your questions are getting answered.
