Sounds like you are just as confused as I am. Is the sewer plant about to explode like many people predicted ? Just in case, I'm gonna check with farm bureau to make sure I have "crap" coverage.

Alex, pay attention already! Go to a meeting, sit down, and listen! Or even sit and watch the videos of the meetings. If you spend the time to get involved, you'll find that your questions are getting answered.
