A trail ride is among the activities planned for the “Fight 4 Jalie Benefit” set for Saturday, Nov. 23, at the Wilson County Show Barn located off S.H. 97 East in Floresville.

Jalie, the 2-year-old daughter of Julie Mae Garcia, was diagnosed with leukemia and is need of a bone marrow transplant.

Other events set for Nov. 23 include the sale of barbecued chicken and sausage plates from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., a bake sale, a silent auction, and a dance from 7 p.m. to midnight.
